Die Pferde können sich auf der Anlage trotz ein paar Abstrichen, die man machen muss, wohlfühlen. Die Atmosphäre ist jedoch belastend, Viel Gerede, aber wenig ehrliche Kommunikation.

Schlechte Führung, viel Gerde hinter dem Rücken, Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten Man fühlt sich als Einsteller nicht wohl Wenn man seine Meinung äußert, wird man gekündigt Es wird sich in alles eingemischt
